Built by the Construction Industry,

Final Phase was founded by two industry professionals who saw a need for high quality final cleaners and decided to jump on the opportunity. The founders (pictured above — Alan left, Russell right) had both previously worked in the construction industry for several general contractors and various skilled trades companies.
While working for GCs they consistently noticed the lack of high-quality final cleaners on a multitude of projects. Whether they lacked skilled labor, failed to show up on time, or used faulty equipment, they always seemed to provide a sub-par product to the client — and often, the GC's site personnel would have to do their job for them. The final clean is often overlooked and is an afterthought on a construction project, despite it being the final phase of construction prior to owner turnover. On all types of construction projects, that final walkthrough with the owner matters, and a poorly executed final clean will reflect on the GC, the project team, and will taint the quality of the project.
